Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We do not refund:

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (unless faulty)
  • Perishable or personalised items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item, let us know. We'll help arrange a replacement if available.
